Shuyun Chen 'Dani', cook of a Spanish restaurant based in Auckland (New Zealand), has proclaimed herself the winner with this delicacy conceived as a tribute to Spanish cuisine through some of its most representative products.
The best tapa in the world, according to the jury of the 2018 Tapas World Contest, has Arroz de Calasparra.
