"Crunchy rice Calasparra with tuna rolls of almadraba and pickled vegetables", has won the World Cup of Tapas that has been held these days in Valladolid.

Shuyun Chen 'Dani', cook of a Spanish restaurant based in Auckland (New Zealand), has proclaimed herself the winner with this delicacy conceived as a tribute to Spanish cuisine through some of its most representative products.

The best tapa in the world, according to the jury of the 2018 Tapas World Contest, has Arroz de Calasparra.
