With the training of its agents, the City Council of Calasparra intends to reinforce the prevention and safety of its drivers and pedestrians, as well as to reduce traffic accidents in the population, since last year, in more than 40% of the accidents that occurred, the alcohol or drugs.
This course has been taught by the Provincial Traffic Department, the road safety prosecutor, the traffic group of the Civil Guard, and the Institute of Legal Medicine of Murcia, which has consisted of a theoretical part, in which the agents they have learned all the legal regulations, and a practical part, in which controls have been carried out on public roads, together with the grouping of Traffic of the Civil Guard, and in which they have learned the handling of the detectors of substances.
With the obtaining of this course the Local Police of Calasparra is accredited and authorized for the realization of tests of detection in the public road.
