The House of Culture of Calasparra hosted, this Thursday, a new meeting for the preparation of the Regional Plan for the Prevention of Addictions and Addictions of the Commonwealth of Services of the Northwest.
It was attended by the councilors of Social Policy, Antonio Merino, and Education, Teresa Garcia, representatives of the various municipalities, professionals in the health sector, youth technicians, local police of the municipalities involved and Proyecto Hombre, among others.
During the course of the meeting the need to draft this Regional Plan, whose elaboration has already begun, and which aims to stop the advance of drug consumption among the youngest, fundamentally, was made clear.
The document sets out the priorities for action for the next four years in the matter of addictions.
