| To carry out a work of coordination of activities common to all the municipalities of the Northwest of Murcia | The Mayor of Calasparra, Teresa García, along with the rest of the Mayors of the Northwest municipalities of the Region of Murcia, integrated in the Association of Tourist Services, have presented to the Tourism Councilor of the Autonomous Community, a Report in which Help is requested to be able to carry out coordination work in certain activities common to all municipalities, in order to make the most of the tourist possibilities of all joint municipalities.The aforementioned Report narrates the experience of the Commonwealth, with more than seventeen years of seniority, in managing investment plans and projects, as well as coordinating and accompanying entrepreneurs and business activity.Each of the mayors and mayors, have expressed the real need to have a professional management, which coordinates common actions in tourism to boost the sector and activate local economies.For her part, the Mayor of Calasparra, Teresa García, has referred to the tourist potential that all municipalities have and their great diversity, but at the same time the precariousness of means they have.
However, it considers essential to carry out a coordination work between all the municipalities, to achieve greater efficiency in establishing the tourist activity in the joint municipalities.The Councilor has offered the collaboration of her Council and has encouraged the Mayors to continue in this coordination work through the Commonwealth and to present sustainability projects that are co-financed by various administrations, which would allow in this way and in certain matters, the aspirations expressed by the mayors.
