so they decided to call the 112 Region of Murcia Emergency Coordination Center.Environmental Agents and Seprona Agents first mobilized to the site, who began the search.
Given the inaccessibility of the place, firefighters from the Murcia Region Fire Extinction and Rescue Consortium were mobilized, who with a pneumatic boat managed to rescue them and evacuate them to the other bank of the river around one in the morning, where a relative was to pick them up.
