Calasparra People's Party has prepared a motion to the next plenary session (To be presented in the previous but moved to the next) and that is the review, the low, the coefficient that is applied to calculate the IBI receipt (Estate Tax).
This ratio is applied from the City rateable value set by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and which calculates the amount of IBI receipt, resulting in the amount paid by each citizen to have a housing.
The Popular Party argues that although at the time favored the increase of the ratio to 0.65 current economic situation we are living with this serious economic crisis, make this point, no doubt, the most suitable for lower this coefficient and relieve the tax burden, increasing calasparreñas families face.
The Popular Party recalls that several people around us that have fallen down or that rate, it is currently the highest Calasparra the Northwest Region.
Specifically, the rate applied is 0.65 in Calasparra, Bullas that of the 0.64, to 0.63 in Caravaca (Soon it will fall to 0.60 in Cehegín Moratalla, 0.51 and 0, 50.
Popular Party also indicates that cadastral reviews carried out since the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the amount of receipts in Calasparra year increases between 25 and 35 euros.
Finally Calasparra Peoples Party believes that now is when you have to be more flexible to the needs of neighbors and therefore it is time to revise downwards the coefficient.
