Rock art out of the caves and shelters to reach the public through museums, thanks to Juan López del Toro.
The artist has done a magnificent reproduction of some of the paintings found in Mula and Calasparra Cieza, using the same techniques, at least what is known of them, they used our earliest ancestors.
Jesus Navarro, mayor of Calasparra and Joaquina Sola, Councillor for Culture, among others, accompanied the artist on Thursday in the presentation of the exhibition and hangs on the walls of the Sala del Comendador.
According to del Toro, the sample is to draw attention to the need to preserve the rich heritage of rock and at the same time made known to the public.
The exhibition can be visited throughout the month of May, Tuesday to Friday from 11.00 to 14:00 pm and Saturdays from 10:30 hours to 13:30 hours.
