The activist defender of the rights of women, Cristina del Valle, last night in Calasparra offered a presentation on domestic violence, where the president of the Platform of Women Artists Against Gender Violence, highlighted the importance of education eradicate once this terrible situation faced by many women.
The event was opened by the Councillor for Equality, Egea Alphonsa, who stressed the commitment of the City to work for a society without differences, especially on grounds of sex, and keep doing cycles, like the booted last night, which show the difficulties many people in the world support as women and what can be done.
The presentation opened with a video, which saw much of the work done by the Platform, in settings as diverse as Palestine or Ciudad Juarez.
Later, Cristina del Valle, issued some guidelines to identify a situation of abuse and ended in dialogue with people attending the ceremony.
