Spanish Network of Cities for Climate is Section of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), which brings together the towns and cities committed to sustainable development and climate protection.
The purpose of the Network is to become a forum for sharing knowledge and experiences, as well as a technical support tool for Local Governments Spanish, offering tools to achieve a sustainable development model.
The creation of the Network has been possible thanks to the institutional cooperation agreement signed between the FEMP and the Ministry of the Environment on November 4, 2004.
